Many people who belong to our gym have long-term fitness experience but often plateau with their workouts. Too many years doing the same old things, a lack of fresh ideas, or just finding a source of information that can guide them on what to do next are all reasons someone might stall in their search for advanced fitness.
Signs of reaching a plateau are boredom with your workout, lack of results, or a frustration that you don’t really know where you’re at physically; therefore, you really don’t know what to do next. If you’ve been training for awhile and feel you’ve reached that frustrating plateau level, then an Eval with one of our elite or master trainers may be the answer you are looking for to get your training back on track.
What is an Eval?
The Eval is a full hour and twenty minutes with one of our elite or master trainers. The trainer will do a full assessment and body composition analysis to find out where you’re at today and where you want to be in the future. Based upon the assessment and your personal goals, the trainer will design an individualized advanced program just for you.
