GRAVITY/STRENGTH– Gravity is a fun and innovative program that provides full body conditioning, increases core stability, and the body’s natural ability to maintain dynamic stability during movement. Your training sessions are monitored for maximum results in just 55 minutes.
GRAVITY/ PILATES – Bringing together reformer and mat Pilates, the series is designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without strain on the joints and enables individuals of all fitness levels to participate. Benefits include stronger streamlined muscles, improved posture, increased flexibility, body awareness and mental confidence.
GRAVITY/ BODY TONE – A unique circuit involving mat, floor work, stability & medicine balls, free weights and the Gravity machines for toning, sculpting and increasing endurance.
SUPPORTIVE SESSIONS
SPIN– a fun, upbeat cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat. Challenge yourself by keeping up with the motivating instructor or set your own pace. Either way make it your own and feel the burn.
KETTLEBELL - Full body conditioning. Improved mobility and range of motion, increased strength without increase in mass. A benefit that appeals to both men and women a like.
CORE PLAY & CARDIO—combines elements of high intensity cardio and functional core strength and stability. This high, intense fitness experience helps develop long, lean muscles, a youthful and agile body along with an energized and inspired mind! Work hard, play hard, get GREAT results.
GRAVITY/PEAK 8— A dynamic interval training workout performed on a treadmill, elliptical, bike and GTS machines designed to challenge the body and efficiently burn fat by continuous power walking, running, sprints, hill intervals and resistance training. Melt fat, get lean, and break through comfort zones!
