Sports specific training is for someone who wants a set solution for a specific fitness goal. This type of training is typically offered for about twelve weeks, targeting the specific area(s) you are trying improve. The client brings a goal or challenge to one of our personal trainers, the trainer designs a specific plan for the safe accomplishment of that goal within the time frame allotted. For example, someone who wants to improve his or her skiing endurance in the fall would probably end up on a specific program designed to create muscular symmetry, increase their cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility and overall fitness level in an eight to twelve-week format.
